During my New Year stay, the hotel's pool and children's playground were the best aspects. Both are well, maintained and safe, providing enjoyable activities for the family. the hotel's location is also a plus, as it is conveniently located near key spots in the area. Lastly, the hotel's aesthetic is pleasing and relaxing, a great advantage for those who want to unwind.
Our experience was marred by the poor quality of food and hygiene. the breakfast buffet had a lot of bees and flies, which was off, putting.

The pool was refreshing and we enjoyed the Japanese garden. The staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel was in a key location which made it easy to get around and explore the city.
The food was poor and the cleanliness needed improvement. The bathroom had mould and the taps were broken.

The hotel's aesthetic and facilities were fantastic! I especially enjoyed the Japanese ambience and the distinguished design of the three terraced pool. Not to mention, the children's playground was an added bonus! the staff was extremely friendly and helpful during my stay. Lastly, the location of the hotel was great and easily accessible.
The parking situation was less than ideal. the carpark was not sheltered and had limited spaces available.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at a hotel in Batu. The pool was fantastic, with three terraced levels that were perfect for both adults and children. The Japanese garden and beautifully designed lobby added a touch of elegance to our experience. Despite the dampness in the toilet, the overall cleanliness was satisfactory. The chilly atmosphere in the lobby was a unique and pleasant surprise. We were also impressed with the helpful and friendly staff, as well as the great location of the hotel. The aesthetic and facilities, including the children's playground, were great. Although there were some minor drawbacks like the lack of soundproofing and limited parking space, we found the Japanese ambience and the fast wifi to be quite enjoyable. we would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and relaxing stay in Batu.
